Rush – Signals

Excellent pressing. Well mastered, Low noise floor, and not a single pop or click on my copy. There really is something to Direct Metal Mastering. Very clean and tight.

Beautiful picture disc. It sounds good for what it is, but mine is now in a frame on the wall - as a picture disc should be.

I only recently started my rush journey. As stated here, Signals, gets mixed reviews. What's not to like?
Purchased this recently, NM, and the pressing is excellent. Nice and clear, quiet and well mastered. I have nothing to compare this to except hires streaming and is way better than that. Sounds good here!

Yep, this is one case where this pressing blew away an early translucent one. On my system, excellent, powerful bass and a nice, rounded out tonality.

Got mine today and it definitely has that "wind" noise and it's not between tracks, it's just the whole time... any quiet moment in a song and you hear it. There's also a bubble in the runout on side 1 and some delamination around the center hole. I assume that's just how these are since they're not pressed like a traditional vinyl. I imagine it's like playing one of those flexible records that they used to have in kids books but they make this one out of clear plastic and affix it to a disc over the artwork. I'm a bit disappointed but it is a cool keepsake I guess.

I used to have an older pressing that sounded kind of dull and muddy. I just recently purchased the recently released "Remastered on 180-gram, cut at legendary Abbey Road Studios using the Direct to Metal Mastering (DMM) audiophile copper plating process, all from original analogue masters" version and, wow. I mean just wow. They did an amazing job with this one. It's like listening to it for the first time, hearing all the nuances that were missing before. Just a perfect remaster.

Snagged one of these for a mere tenner in the UK.... WOW... NEVER heard this album sound so good. Didnt even think it possible that it could sound this good.

Some club editions get a bad wrap while other clubs sound absolutely terrific. This one is the latter. It sounds absolutely fantastic. Great balanced mix. This is a very good press. Excellent vinyl!!!

This thing rocks! Probably the best digital way to listen to this album!
