I love this album, low key one of my favorite of theirs. I love the ballads and melancholy vibe. Pressing sounds pretty great, don’t pick up on any distortions…I did experience some noise and popping at the beginning of the album but other than that…nope -

One of the most noisy records of the series. Clicks, clicks, it's unacceptable at this price. Compared with the 2014 edition, one step is clearly better. There is no "wow" effect, but this edition is clearly better. -

So, bought all 3 reissues, and up until now only played Hybrid, which is amazing… got concerned by some reviews on here about this LP being noisy etc. so put through Degritter a couple of times and played, the start of Wake was very disconcerting, that noise… few other pops through rest of LP but after another clean they were resolved, so… the beginning of Wake, presumably this is deliberate? Sounds it, looking at grooves kinda suggests same? -

This is a fantastic pressing. Very full sound and pretty much no noise. I highly recommend -
Edited 5 months agoEverything is very clear and good, but unfortunately the drums are muffled. Especially in "no more sorrow" there is presence but no power. Guitars come first . And they're sooooooooooooooo tight 4/5 for the drums.
Все очень четко и хорошо но к сожалению затушены барабаны . Особенно в "no more sorrow " есть присутствие но нет силы . На первом месте гитары . И они ООООООООООООООООчень плотные 4/5 за барабаны .

Just got a copy of this and I am having issues with static sound and pops also. Sent an email, hope I can get a replacement or something because the music sounds great but the noisy vinyl is troubling -
The best Linkin Park album in my mind!
Canada made a batch of reissued versions last year with very poor printing quality, the barcode is 093624447726. I bought it at Walmart. That version has a Canadian version parental advisory label in both English and French, this version is not in Discogs
