Notes
This record was first released in May, 1917 and remained in the Victor catalog until 1926. Over this time several label variations appeared:
First pressings identify the band as Original Dixieland "Jass" Band. The earliest of these show a price restriction of "75c. in U.S.A." on both sides. A slightly later pressing (Fall 1917 to Spring 1918) only lists "Price 75¢".
Later pressings identify the band as Original Dixieland "Jazz" Band and no longer list a price on the labels.
Still later pressings identify the band as Original Dixieland Jazz Band.
On earlier copies, the title of the A-side track is given as "Dixieland Jass Band One-Step". On later issues, it is given as "Dixie Jass Band One-Step".
