From the opener Resistance to instrumental closer Odium this is one monster of an album.Filled with great riffs, apocalyptic atmosphere and brilliant ideas Odium is so underated gem from 1993.
This is not your ordinary death metal as you could expect after Cursed but who cares,it just flows from beginning to the end.
Highly recommended for everyone who loves their music heavy and intelligent. -

Highly underrated masterpiece of german death metal... this record sometimes sounds like a fucking icestorm... or just like the sonic equivalent to some very old silent movies from like "Dr. Caligari" or "Nosferatu", especially the title track. -
Edited 8 months agoWhile it's a shame that the original artwork and layouts were not replicated on this reissue, this is actually a very good release. No poorly reproduced artwork or pixellated graphics and a decent sounding vinyl too! Recommended if you can't justify the price of an original in NM condition. Actually better than the original overall.
