This is the instrumental demo version of the 'I COULD BE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE' remix.

According to Tricky's biography HELL IS ROUND THE CORNER this was recorded in late 91 with ambitions to have it including on the second Massive Attack LP but Daddy G rejected it. So Tricky kept it in his back pocket and kept on playing it to friends. Eventually his cousin persuaded him to release it on his own imprint, Nyeeve Records... Excellent tune. This press is a different version to the 4th & Broadway release which had a slight polish and added samples and instruments. :) The Nyeeve pressing is also different to the 'After This Leg It' one-sided w'lbl.

I interviewed Tricky around 2000 and asked him about this because I own a copy and had very few details about it. He claimed to have no idea, never heard of it, and suggested that it might have originated from Mark Stewart? No idea if that’s true or not but the song itself clearly morphed into the “Aftermath” we all know.

Aftermath Version 1 is the ultimate version of the track. Just sublime. Discovered it thanks to Daddy G and his DJ-KiCKS mix.

I also have this and it's pretty impressive, like misterious :)
It has only one side , in the middle it's exactly like in the photo above and on the vinyl there is "written" LEG IT 5/5" . I really like it :)
