I also read in an interview with Poison Idea's Jerry A that this was by far the rarest press.
The record is the original 1978 press and the band made around 50 covers for a tour early 1979 since they had some records left without covers. -

A guy from Portland told me that this is an extremely rare version, only handled at the gigs. The cover is not standard and probably made from the band directly. -
On my copy the song "does it hurt" is playing outta tune, does anyone else has the same with this press? thanks

The record first pressing/second sleeve is the rare one. As fare as I know there were only 60. They were sold by the band directly. A friend of mine bought it for me on a gig in Hamburg. Better of dead is for me one of of the top ten punk rocksongs ever.
