why Nalin and Kane have never released the Uncle aka track on single CD? :(

Judging from the engraving in the runout and the song length, the designations A-side and B-side maybe were swapped here.

Mislabelled or mispressed? Perhaps none of them...
Side A , according to matrix indication & the label press , is "Unkle Aka" , so the B side is "Beachball".
As you listen, you realise that side A is the "Beachball" as you ever know ,under "Unkle Aka" title.
That's all for the underground movement.
For commercial reasons , probably used the "catchy" title instead of the right one. Lyrics - rhymes fitted better on it "let's go to the beach e.t.c.)

The original "Beachball" features on this release, much harder though and without the vocals. A classic summerbreeze that will set dancefloors in fire for all the years ahead of us. On the flip is a percussion monster for peaktime moments.
