Edited 2 months agoIt's a good quality, sounds loud and punchy. I see a black mark inside the sleeve where B side was and there is a mark on B side as well. I heard those printed sleeves sometimes cause that? Other than that this album goes hard.

Sounds really good and clear but it needed turning up a bit on my set up. Which is unlike anything else I have especially by Pantera. Sounds massive when it’s blasting though!

Edited 2 years agoThis is amazing, this is perfect. Package wise it looks more like a best-of or box set type deal, but the new cover is fitting for an anniversary and fits the "steel" motif more, but thankfully the original cover is included as an album sleeve inside even though many hated it (and I agree, it was half assed, much like the original mix). The remix & remaster by original producer Date was sorely needed to get this album to match the rest of their discography, bringing it from demo to definitive. The pressing itself is crystal clear and blew me away. The bonus LP with all of their random singles was also a nice touch for completionists, as several of them are must haves rather than b-sides. Honestly, couldn't be happier with this release.
Only thing I *dont* like is the spine: dark grey with the title in black? You can't read it. Only things that are legible on the shelf are Pantera - 20th Anniversary, which bothers me more than it should -
Sounds amazing, easily 5/5! Their most inconsistent album but a few of their best songs lands on this album.

Wait… so it’s on EastWest but has the Elektra label? What??? -
My 1st copy came warped & damaged but the 2nd was perfect. It is dead quiet & sounds amazing. It was my 1st colored vinyl & absolutely love how it looks. The bonus tracks kick so much ass. This album holds a special place & i krank up n play the hell out of Revolution on guitar. GETCHA PULL

My copy sounds great. I've always thought this recording was a little lacking on low end since day one but it's super clear and can hear everything very well on this press.
