This is a fun listen. Super dynamic. Worth owning for fans of her early albums.

Christ - so many remixes. Just heard some nice morales 90’s velvet tros but I just like the orig you hear on Dave Seaman’s Ren 4 or the single. Don’t know if I have the patience to wade through this… more remixes than Moby’s Go

Two great remixes by Outcast which deviate from the original in really unexpected ways. The "Over the Edge" mix sounds like Björk is tearing a city apart while working her way through "Hyperballad."

Gorgeous arrangement from Mr. Morales, as always, but wish this release had a dub or instrumental mix

I wish there was some rip of the live remix with LFO's "Freak".

This release is only valuable for the David Morales Classic Mix of Hyper-ballad, since all other mixes are found on CD 1 of the maxi-single released by One Little Indian (the latter even contains other mixes unavailable on this release). What makes it frustrating, however, is that not only is Morales' mix unavailable elsewhere on Björk's official cd releases, David Morales actually hits the sweet spot with his uplifting mix. He enlivens the ever-popular toon with house beats, new basslines, vocal overdubs, conga drums, and his trademark blissful piano riffs. Indeed, it is such a classic mix (for 1996 and beyond) that fans of Morales and Björk must at least have a listen, if not wrangle to own, the rare mix.
