very pleased with this pressing! it's such a lovely colour. very clear sound, though there's just a little bit of crackling on I Am My Own Muse, and only during the first half of the song. might be an issue of giving it a quick clean. everything sounds really nice, obviously, but What A Time To Be Alive and honestly the entirety of side A sounds SO good! what an album. -

Not sure if anyone else got this but the labels are on the wrong side. B side label is on A side and vice versa -
The entirety of side A sounds like it was pressed just slightly off center, as when it makes a rotation you can tell it slightly speeds up every time. This isn’t present on side B. -
Edited one year agoThere's been a lot of mediocre reviews for this album (with some snobs comparing the band to Nickelback and Imagine Dragons to throw shade) and I really don't understand why.I wasn't familiar with the band until I heard a couple of tracks from this on the DMC "Rock Indie Radio" series and liked them enough to give this album a try. I have not been disappointed. I like the orchestral rock approach and heavy metal vocal coupled with pop tunes and strong hooks. This Assai exclusive edition is gatefold and individually numbered (out of 500) and there is no real surface noise and no snaps, crackles or pops so I'm very happy with it, especially as the price was more than reasonable. -

Great pressing. I’ve heard this one as well as the gold variant. The gold isn’t good at all, but this pressing is near silent between songs and @ run-in and run-out. Solid press. -
Very nice opaque blue pressing, but not what I would consider as 'navy.' Hype sticker states vinyl as "Bluejay."
