This grouping gathers together all versions of the "Greatest Hits III" compilation, originally released in 1999.

It also appears as part of "The Platinum Collection", along with the previous two "Greatest Hits" compilations.

Simultaneous to the album release was the "Greatest Flix III" video assemblage (grouped separately).

Release was marketed using 'Queen+' to indicate contributors other than Queen appear on the release.
The use of 'Queen+' was discussed as an ANV here and agreed not to apply

Would anyone happen to have just the outer PVC sleeve? My jacket and LPs are in beautiful shape, but my PVC sleeve was destroyed when we had damage to our basement. I know it's a long shot, but I thought I'd give it a try.

I own this pressing. It’s nice that they pressed it back in 1999 when vinyl was only an afterthought. It has only been reissued in Japan and Italy as part of a collector’s series. It’s available in the new 6LP Platinum Collection but I bet it will get a stand alone sooner or later. I think I bought mine used in 2008 for €40 and I can’t believe how much it’s going for now.
It’s a hotchpotch job in comparison to GH and GH2 but it does round up a few odds and sods. It’s not essential but it is collectible. I also have the Platinum 3 CD, the original 1999 CD with silver foil Queen on the case and the 2011 remaster in super jewel case! It sounds great though. Even 90s vinyl is better than the stuff today.

Pretty good pressing to be a bootleg, Zero Pops, clicks or surface noise, if You can't find an official pressing, i would definitely go with this...

Such a great work.
I had a chance to compare it with the new DeAgostini pressing and CD, and this limited edition vinyl pressing is the best by far.
