Edited one year agoScrap pressing. Therefore completely overpriced. Scratches with clicks. Dirty surface. Even after the second exchange, the third copy was exactly the same as the two before. Partly wavy.
The sound is just average, but not bad.
It would be better not to let the singer sing 'IF' because he can't do that. He doesn't have the shallow and easy feeling for it.
'Fearless', 'Lucifer Sam' and 'One of these Days' are excellent for this.

Great concert. Best early Pink Floyd in one place. Awesome performance.
Excellent sound - sonics are there, which is important for the concert record.
Low surface noise - a couple of rustles and clicks here and there, nothing serious.
Interesting package - outer sleeve with a window and the inner gatefold. But when they will stop put the plates into these nasty paper sleeves with all this static and dust?..
Great release overall and must have for every Pink Floyd fan. -
I've had this since it was released. My copy was killer! Flat, clean, and sounds great. -
Mine skips on the opening of see Emily play. The rest is fine. -
Side c Set the controls is a nightmare to the final minutes .nasty clacks and pops constantly . -
Brilliantly shot show that captures the band in top form. It can be played with insightful interview snippets between songs or as an uninterrupted concert. Great stuff. -
Edited 4 years agoGood sound! Quite crystal clear for a live recording. Several songs have another awesome dimension.. comparing them to the original ones. Some "s" issues nevertheless.

Edited 4 years agosound and press very good. impeccable tracklist. the pieces are reinterpretes and that is interesting. I had seen the concert and the record is up to par. finally a very modern and intenporous music

A really nice sounding live Album from the best phase of Pink Floyd. But only 4 stars for the pressing. A few scratches on all sides, and crackling on Side C. Maybe the records were to hot if they packed in the paper Sleeves. Artwork is awesome -
Prog rock album of the year in my opinion...fantastic setlist, great tribute.
