Did this release come with printed inners?
I just picked up a used copy and it did not have them included, so I’m wondering if I got an original 1995 version with missing jackets, or this reissue (which possibly did not come with the printed inners to begin with). -
I bought this one second-hand and the seller said that it was never played, which I have no way of ing because the record comes in a resealable outer. Unfortunately, the side B has this big scratch right across "Line Extension" which results in clicking that goes on for 20 seconds or so. ittedly it doesn't bother me a lot but the bigger issue is the fact that the labels on the first disk are slightly misaligned and they touch the runout grooves, so every time I listen to it I have to to lift my tonearm otherwise my stylus will get ruined. The second disk is okay in that regard. The sound quality of the press is pretty good actually, I definitely expected less considering the fact that there is 28 minutes of music on side A.
Overall, I would recommend this pressing but beware that you can get unlucky with the particular copy. -

Funny thing, I bought it second hand, the guy selling it warned me "no returns, I tell you, it's "scratched", lots of skipping noise" XD. -

do you really have to play it in 45 rpm? I feel like 33 rpm is the correct speed. -

Systemisch’s follow-up is an ambient masterpiece.
By screwing up CDs, Oval rewards us with some of the most intriguing textures in electronics up to this point in time. It remains similar, but nothing stays quite the same. Each track offers something new. The very long “Do While” glitches the ive 80s New Age Mark Isham “Many Chinas” song and transforms it into a surreal sci-fi meditation piece. It’s the main point of the record, but the other much shorter pieces capture the burgeoning internet era perfectly. -

How quaint: we now have discussion of the vinyl sound quality of a DIGITAL GLITCH ALBUM COMPOSED OF THE SOUNDS OF SKIPPING CDs. The irony stings like pixellated pepper spray. -
Do audiophile people generally like the way this pressing sounds? I feel like mine sounds a little scratchy on the low end but it's hard to tell if that's just the way it's supposed to sound (the gravelly low-end noises sound crisper when I listen to a digital copy but I wonder if this wasn't just as clear as they could get the sound on analogue without sacrificing too much of the range in general. Also I may just have no clue what I'm talking about).

THE glitch masterpiece imho. The 24 minutes of Do While is rivetting, and the tracks after it and before Do While reprise make this an engaging and mesmerizing glich journey. Never sured!!! -

So beautiful but tainted in its simplicity "94 diskont" was made by fractured CD pieces and collated on CD the master piece being do while it would be extremely hard to associate this piece with any think that exists but that's what makes it unique in all its form when one tries to compare you cant its simply the best piece of music assembled out of nothing!! history in the making i cant put my finger on it like many others its hard to describe how they made there music only they know but they have created a master piece that is "do-while" its common knowledge they worked with cds that had been broken in some shape or form that resulted in the album 94 diskont eletronic music of the finest type. -

Do While opened up my ears for the 10+ years of clicks & glitch that followed,
yet I've never heard another track in the genre that even came close the beauty of this gem.
Classic!
