Edited 8 years agoFirst of all, I got mine (sealed) without a "certification". It is also not mentioned somewhere on the record that it is a limited edition. I guess that just the first 100 or so got this certification and the rest is business as usual. However, i don't need that and i don't care about that.
The Compilation itself is IMO average. The first record provides remixes and in fact, it is really difficult to present good or even better remixes of such great tracks Chicane produced 20 yrs ago! The only one i liked somehow is Grums Remix of Offshore.
The second record is packed with the originals... What you can see at runtimes is that you get mainly "radio edits"... At least this is better than fade outs, what i hate when compilations have tracks fading out.
In case you have the singles (as i do) with the full versions, the compilation is not a must have, but may be handy when you want to listen to 3 tracks in a row (even though the originals are edits). -
I love this album, the Anniversary Remix of Poppiiholla is just simply awesome.
The whole album is really nice! -
Evolution is not always good, awful trendy remixes and such, How to celebrate 20 years in a bad way.
