This label was under the management of the Leningrad Council of National Economy from 01.06.1957 to 11.07.1964 and was called "Leningrad Plant of Gramophone Records of the Chemical Industry istration of the Leningrad Council of National Economy" ("Ленинградский завод грампластинок управления химической промышленности Ленинградского Совнархоза"). Abbreviated as "LZ. Leningrad Council of National Economy. UKhP." ("ЛЗ. Ленинградский Совнархоз. УХП."). On the apple, the letter combination "LZ" could stand alone, or could be combined with the pictures "boat" or "stock exchange".
