US record label founded by Kevin Eggers, who also served as the label's president. The label had offices in both New York and Los Angeles. May appear as Poppy Records.

The label had distribution deals with MGM Records, RCA Records, and United Distribution Corp.

Artwork for the label designs and album covers was handled by Milton Glaser.
