The umbrella company and copyright holder for the Reader's Digest brand. This is a company NOT a label.

Sometimes referred to as RDA. A group, led by private equity firm Ripplewood Holdings, invested in RDA in 2007; however, in 2009, RDA filed for bankruptcy and the Ripplewood group lost its entire investment. RDA Holding filed for bankruptcy again in 2013. RDA emerged, concentrating on its core business of publishing magazines and renaming itself Trusted Media Brands, Inc., leaving the music division as defunct.
