Curved Pressings

Vinyl and CD mastering and manufacturing company based in Hackney, London, founded in 2000. Formerly a pressing plant with a galvanics department.

It is the sister company of the vinyl record cutting, mastering and recording studio Curve Pusher.

Curved Pressings opened in late 2000 with one Toolex Alpha 702 and seven 1202 presses imported from Croatia. The plant closed around 2007 when it was compulsorily purchased to make way for the site of the 2012 Olympics. At this time, Curved became a manufacturing broker (and outsourced pressing services) and mastering services were moved to Curve Pusher.
