I made an interesting discovery with these discs. My vintage (albeit completely refurbished) Sony D-10 Discman does uniformly NOT like them. I own more than a dozen and without fail the disc will start playing but the sound will start distorting in short order. It sounds almost like a skip or like the error correction is glitching, but not quite. It doesn't happen on this player with any other disks - only the Series releases. They play fine on a 1998 era D-171 Discman as well as a modern Yamaha CD-S303 deck, so I'm at a loss.
