BFE was formed in 2012 by longtime entertainment business executive and entrepreneur Bob Frank (2).

Frank’s background includes roles at PolyGram Records as a senior Mercury Nashville executive as well as a co-founder and President of KOCH Entertainment (later E1 Records) and co-founder of leading global SVOD platform Qello in 2010.

BFE divisions include iral Lane Music Publishing, Bob Frank Distribution (Red River Entertainment, and Damson Lane Film Productions.
