I'm a fan of the 60s/70s/80s Romanian lautari [gypsy] music. It's quite hard to find much info about it, there are some interesting books about the subject, but only in Romanian language, which I can't read. Websites I can translate with google, of coarse.

i have no idea, i do not like that kind of music. but i would keep the different profiles, it is very possible that they are brothers or other kind of close relatives. it is/was quite common that most are musicians in gypsy families.

Thanks, it's my opinion too, and I also got confirmation from Suburban Bucharest (Mahala Sounds From Romania).
I'm not sure yet if Vasile should be an ANV or an alias of Costel. For now I will add it as an alias (=easier), but maybe it has to be changed to an ANV later on.
So, any additional info is still welcome.
