Arthur "Artie" Singer (February 1, 1919 – May 2, 2008). American songwriter, music producer and bandleader. He was the co-writer and producer of the hit songs "At the Hop" and "Rock and Roll Is Here To Stay" by Danny & the Juniors.

In the first years of his career, Singer had an employment in the orchestra of Philadelphia's broadcasting company WCAU (which later became a TV station). He was bass player and worked under director Joey Kearns up to the year 1942. After he came back from his service as GI in 1946, he was re-employed in this orchestra, which was now le by Sonny Graham.
