Henk Kooistra

Dutch Audio and Mastering Engineer.
Henk started out in 1980 as a recording engineer and editor for Philips Classics in The Netherlands. He migrated to the U.S.A. where he worked for Sound Mirror in Boston since 1987 until he founded his own studio 9 West Mastering in Marlboro, MA in 1994 which he ran until 2004.
He returned to the Netherlands and started over with 9 West Mastering in the small city of Gorredijk (near Heerenveen) in 2007.
Retired in 2021.
