Herbert Ureña

Profile:

Drummer/percussionist born in Panama. He started as a musician in different school bands, but he ed his first band, Bahía Banda Show, in 1995. In 1997, he started a project fusing such different styles as Reggae, fussion, ska and rock under the name K'stalia Y Los Salchichas, one of the first Panamanian band signed to RMM Records-Rock U.S.A.

He has played with Los Rabanes, and even Prince (in his album "3121") and has shared the stages with Rubén Blades, Gilberto Santarosa, Paulina Rubio, Los Enanitos Verdes, Shaggy, Daddy Yankee, Prince, Johnny Rivera, Rey Ruíz, The Outfield, Julio Sabala, Calle 13, Claudia de Colombia, Jean Carlo Canela, and others.

Currently, he works as an independent musician and plays for different artists/bands such as Gaitanes, Erika Ender, Omar Alfanno, Alejandro Lagrotta, Quincha and Manuel Escala.
