Australian guitar and bass player. Died February 3rd, 2024. Charlie Georgees is considered an unsung hero of the late 1970s/early 1980s Australian rock & roll music scene. His work has remained mostly undocumented record-wise. He was in The Hellcats with Ron Peno, The Other Side with Rob Younger and in the first lineup of Hitmen (known at the time as Johnny & The Hitmen) and also in the first post-Kuepper lineup of The Saints in 1979.
