Tony graduated from Mansfield University in 1959, and received his MM from Manhattan School of Music. He has studied piano, conducting, and composition with Nadia Boulanger in . Tony has been trombonist for Broadway Shows including Fiddler on the Roof, Man of LaMancha, and Annie. He performed with the American Symphony Orchestra in Carnegie Hall. Tony has been trombonist, pianist, and conductor of many TV and Radio commercials. He has been heard on recordings of Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Lena Horne, Mel Torme, Paul McCartney, and Chuck Mangione.
