Richard Serra

American minimalist sculptor and video artist, born 2 November 1938 in San Francisco, California, USA, died 26 March 2024 in Orient, New York, USA. He was married to Philip Glass giving him employment in the early 1970s as well as gallery connections which provided Glass with venues for his live performances.
