Various – The Breakfast Club (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack)

I have a promo copy of the LP from 1985 (it says "Loaned for Promotion Only" and "Not for Sale" on the back of the sleeve). I don't see any releases that mention it or have a picture of the sleeve with that information on, so should a new release be added?

Just like its movie counterpart, this soundtrack has aged flawlessly. A great album to an even greater movie. From artists such as ‘Simple Minds’, the wonderful E.G Daily (talented Voice Actress, Actor, and Singer), ‘Wang Chung’, Karla DeVito, and more.

The sound quality is amazing, almost as if I was watching it on my TV or phone. Worth every penny and goes well with anyone’s collection.

The movie is amazing, and also extremely iconic. The soundtrack too is great, definitely a no skip album. Any 80s music/movie fan will love the movie and its soundtrack.

I bought my copy on RSD, and it’s number 2074. It still has the RSD 2012 price tag on the back. There’s no way only 2000 were pressed, as 1500 people have it in their collection on Discogs.

This is an Iconic movie from the 80's, but the Soundtrack is ANYTHING but. It's almost like John Hughes didn't realize that he had to pay for good tunes. Love the movie, outside of the Simple Minds song the rest is pedestrian.

Sounds great, very quiet vinyl, music is loud. Very slightly warped.
